Life can be challenging, and navigating it isn’t always easy. In my fiction novels, protagonists confront obstacles with mindfulness. Though they may lose their breath or wits, they always rise again.

My non-fiction books support ways for more natural health, life strategies, and personal contemplations about some of my experiences are revealed. 

To remain resilient and succeed in endeavors, whether when pain has been experienced or when faced with a new or significant decision to make, it's helpful to reconnect with our clearer, more heartfelt selves, and use sound strategies for proceeding. Our lives depend on making conscious decisions to shape our lives.
